This is to inform you that I have purchased a Prestige Induction Cooktop PIC 6.1 V3 ( Rs 3750 ) (Tracking Id: 249690398992) (on 9 December 2020 ) and unfortunately the product was damaged before the delivery as per your notification and my money is not refunded yet.
It is a humble request to make my money refundable as soon as possible.
