I have requested a cancellation of the JioFiber connection(07123562220) in the last week of May month, but JioFiber team didn’t pick up the device till now and are not returning the deposit amount. I tried JioFiber customer care service to resolve my issue but this service is useless.
I want the JioFiber team to complete the cancellation process and refund my deposit money as soon as possible.
