Royals Moonlight Resort runs a fraud holiday ownership scheme and made us to pay for Rs 40000. They said they are going to provide 4* and 5* hotel accommodations in brand hotel like lemon tree,Radisson, holiday inn and so on during vacations and lured us to there place by lucky draw coupon. They have asked for one hour presentation and they took more than 2 hours of our time during our vacation and some how they brainwashed with the luxury hotels stay and have made us to pay the amount. And made the agreement on Rs.50 stamp duty. Not allowed to read the agreement.They do not have any Application,they have a website to check the details or anything and when you call their head office which is based in Sector 2 Noida. Same person is going to pickup the call again and again and inform you to confirm any details from the place you have got the membership and making us wait after explaining our situation they told to mail me, it is pre planned strategy to not refund money. After we sent a mail asking refund and to exit from the plan.They have sent a mail that they have rejected without any proper reason. As we are having some financial problem and we want refund refund from holiday ownership people and have mentioned that they will deduct 25,000 plus taxes plus some extra charges. Just to exit from their plan.
And we have not used any of there plans yet.
