With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I am a customer of your Jio company, But unfortunately my sim is blocked by your company. According to customer care information there is multiple Sims are connection in my name. So I want to blocked my other
number’s are – 9954542662, 7002646917, 9395701870, 8472838610 and Re connection my jio number – 8876861074.
Therefore, I highly requesting to you kindly block my above four numbers and re-connection my jio number – 8876861074.
