I am ordered Redmi sonicbass neckband Bluetooth on 31st of July 2022 and the product delivered by flipkart on 5th of August 2022. When i opened the package i saw a Totally different product of bluetooth earphone. This is very shameful activity by buzz india sellers.

There after i request the return the package and claim my fund refund but this company was very cheap, there is no return refund policy offered by company , there is only replacement policy . Then i am prefer placement but no action required by flipkart or buzz india sellers.

Please do my help to purchase my real order…
