HI, i am trinadhi have placed an order for Redmi 7a mobile on flipkart, i tried to place an order for Gold. but at the last stage page refreshed and it gone to black colour i haven’t noticed.

But at thedelivery time delivery person said it is black colour. I said no i don’t want he said there is an option to change the colour in flipkart. they will call you for replace or you can get refund. So, i have taken and placed for replace of gold colour Flipkart excutive priyanka said no option for colour change, then i asked for refund she said sorry again there is no option for refund also. Now i have taken the order for replace only of colour. but they are saying sorry.

Pls help me to getbackmy money.
