Sir/Madam,
I had enrolled my child, Gunjan Sharma, into PlanetSpark’s 1:1 online English course around late February 2024. I paid an amount of ₹20,000 for the program. However, after attending some classes, it became clear that the course was not suitable for my child’s learning needs or schedule.
I reached out to PlanetSpark and clearly informed them of my decision not to continue the course, and as per their stated refund policy, I am eligible for a refund. The company had promised that the refund would be processed within 90 days (3 months). Unfortunately, 6 months have now passed, and I have neither received the refund nor any proper communication from the team.
Despite sending multiple emails and a final warning, there has been no reply, no resolution, and no refund processed. This is highly unprofessional and feels like an attempt to avoid customer accountability. Moreover, the company has failed to provide any functional customer care number or responsive contact channel.
I am now filing this complaint to request formal action against PlanetSpark for:
Violation of refund policy
Non-responsiveness to customer queries
Financial negligence and deficiency in services
I kindly urge the concerned authority to help process my refund of ₹20,000 and take appropriate action against the company for its unethical practices.
