Text of Complaint by Anjali Nehul:

I purchased one dress from Voqora worth Rs. 990 on 17th March 2024 with Cash on Delivery option and I received the dress on 20th March 2024 and I made the cash payment to the delivery person. But after sometime, when I open the cover, I see that the dress is completely different from what I had ordered. When I try to communicate with Voqora customer care, I see that their website itself is not available now and hence I am unable to contact them. Please help me to get refund of Rs. 990.
