I have requested for the Airtel fiber connection. The guy from the Airtel came and took the documents, and took photos of them, and I also paid them by online, but before that I asked that guy multiple times that if there is feasibility in our area or not.
He said, “Yes, it’s available”.

So I made the payment and everything was done. And then the next day another man called and said that the feasibility is not available in our area.

So I called that guy again and he kept saying that my money will be refunded. And it’s been around 17-18 days now and till now my money isn’t back yet. I want my money back.
