My SBI RuPay Prepaid card number is 6082090304130411.
I had recharged my mobile on 26-12-2020 of Rs 39 through Amazon and my account was deducted but later on transaction failed but amount was deducted. I did not receive the refund till date.
When I contacted amazon, then I got the following Refund Reference Number RRN

Please help me
