Respected Sir/Madam,

Below is the complaint submitted to various authority through email, due corona pandemic period/lockdown, about charging of GST on penalty amount in my postpaid bill for Mobile number 7290023109 served by Airtel.

No body wants to listen me hence feeling harassed. This Harassment is being born by a number of customer and this the fraud being done by Airtel by charging GST on penalty amount, which is illegal. Airtel also failed to provide any govt. order in this regard.

Therefore, Justice is demanded through this complaint on ground of illegal collection of GST on late charges and harassment, mental agony, loss of money , deficiency in services by not providing resolution by service provider etc

Respected Sir/Madam, REMINDER-I

Very well understood your concern raised in your reply dtd.06.05.2020. My reply on your observation is as given under:

1. check the mobile number for which i am complaining i.e. 7290023109 see trailmail bill dtd.03.05.2020, it is in my name and is being used by my daughter.

2. email id by which complaint dtd. 05.05.2020 was made is ucm.cvc@aol.com and is registered for the mobile for mobile no. 7290023109. So check your records in this regard.

3. No Complaint number/Reference No. has been alloted in the reply dated 06.05.2020 (Refer Trail Mail).

This complaint is escalated before you as nodal office wants Complaint number/Reference No. which has not been intimated by Airtel. So, idon’t mentioned it in complaint.

In view of above reply you are requested to give reply to my query as asked in my e-mail dtd.05.05.2020 on GST charges.
