sir, i have purchased samsung m30 cellphone in march 2020 by amazon. due to lockdown i was unable to return it and i talked about it to your customer service staff. they ensure me that they are also not able to receive the cellphone because of lockdown and they will exchange my cellphone after unlock. now i am making calls to amazon custommer services everyday but i am unable to talk with them.
please look into the matter otherwise i have to take other actions against amazon.
