To educate all customers of Uni Card for the fraud they are doing will people on daily basis

There can be technical delay that happens and the disbursal date will not be followed by Uni. If you ask them, they would tag it as technical issues or difficulties and it would reach the bank account soon. Its unfair due to 2 reasons, 1. They have already charged a fee for this subscription. 2. When its due date for payments, they charge huge late fees for a delay of even 1 day. So its totally unfair. Uni expects customers to pay everything on time. But cannot follow their deadlines. On top their convenience fee on transactions are too high.

Even after all the payment done late charges applied for a payment failure just for few hours which was rs. 2500.
Even after sending emails, telephonic conversation and whats app chat uni guys are not ready to remove the fraud charges applied on the same.

I paid all the paycheck and loan amount within the timeline.

Late fee of rs. 2500 was applied just because of payment failure due technical glitch in payment application however same was paid within next couple of hours (within 10 hours).

Even after that the charges were not removed from my account.

Uni guys called me multiple time and few of uni agents agreed me to pay the closure charges of rs. 2500 and i was agreed for the same as me and my relatives/friends (whosoever contact details are available in my phone) were/are getting threatening/abuse calls on continuously/hourly basis.

However same was not updated in the system (uni app) as promised by you guys over phone call.

Continuously threatened call received from various uni people which was also not familiar to me.

Even after that one uni staff told me to pay rs. 5000 final closure amount, another one says 6000 is final closure amout, someone says 5400 and 4000 respectively.

After that, the fraud uni people told me that the above amount shall be updated and reflect in you uni app kindly pay it. Even after that much fraud activities i told to pay that amount 4000 but after that uni guys not responded over the call/msgs. And on today’s date also uni people are calling my relative friends etc. in a threatening way to pay.
They called me too but now and the payment amount is muchh higher.

The thing is that they applied charges as late fee of rs. 2500 just for few hours of delay and now the fraud people are charging double amount in the same every month.
That is not acceptable at all.

Also note the paycheck service charges (Rs. 2500) for first time and rs. 999+ taxes for 2nd time were not refunded to me even after completion of financial year for first time and for 2nd time after a month the paycheck was stopped.

It’s totally fraudgiri from your end guys.

Now, it’s more than enough and i am attaching the screenshot of this mail and raising this concern with RBI, consumer court/forum and respective authorities for the justice.
