R/Sir,
As shown above the brief headline of my complaint please REMOVE or DEACTIVATE the Tata Sky Smart Games from My Account which is activated on date:- 21/07/2019. On date:- 21/07/2019 my Tata Sky Account is Deactivated/Stopped. I have recharged my tata sky account online with Rs. 200.00 on date:- 21/07/2019 time:- 16.41 Hrs. After Recharging my account I am not viewing channels on TV screen only a no.i.e. 9230292302 is viewing on TV. On this no. I have called by my RMN no. after some time i have received message that Tata Sky Smart Games is activated. I have shocked that why my Tata Sky account is not Activated. After that I have asked my friend who can use Tata Sky Dish he gives me the no. i.e. 9040590405 on which I call on this no. no. i.e. 9040590405. After that my Tata Sky account is Activated with balance of Rs.198.00. So it is a kind request to you Sir, that please DEACTIVATE this Tata Sky Smart Games channel from my regular Tata Sky account at the earliest.
