I am using Tata indicom number from approx 20 years. Tata indicom service is now become Airtel. I upgrade my SIM 3G to 4G then I submit my aadhar card and my sim is working continue two years . In January 2021 I received a message from Airtel that your all services are being stopped due to insufficient document and my SIM is blocked next day . Then I am wisiting nearly Airtel store many time. But every time customer care say to me that there is no data abaut your sim on net. So I cannot help you. I am not want to lost my number. Please help me. I complain for it to consumer helpline 28 January . But there is no helpful person for me .please help me
