I installed the app just to check the loan. After filling the details the loan got sanctioned with out my approval and I was not informed about the processing fees associated with it. Which unfortunately exceeds the received amount,this situation raises concern about the legitimacy of the transaction and I perceive it as a potential scam.
I kindly request that refund the processing fees promptly as I m not interested in the received amount,but rather in rectifying the discrepancy in fees. If this metter is not addressed satisfactorily,I may have no choice but to withhold payment and file a formal complaint as I was neither notified about the processing fees nor any other associated charges.
So I want to close my account and delete the app.
