I am siddik.s.
today i went to airtel showroom in pammal in the morning (11.00 am) for changing my Vodafone connection – prepaid) to airtel connection.
In the airtel store pammal Ms. Manju had handled this case. I am already having an airtel connection (mobile) and DTH connection. she had told me to combine these things and she didn’t tel me it is a postpaid plan (mobile). I already recharged my mobile (9940217994) June 2nd (Rs 600 for 84 days) for three months with full talk time and 1.5Gb data per day and DTH also I had paid for this month (June)
my option is to change my Vodafone connection (9940327994) prepaid to airtel connection.
but she has changed everything i. my airtel connection (prepaid to postpaid)

Now, I lost the previous balance amount rs 600 and also asked to pay this month postpaid bill rs 400 for the same airtel connection.
Again I went at 4.00 pm and asked for the above problem, she refused to change the plane and you have to use this postpaid for one month and pay the bill for June again(rs 400 for it)
I already paid for three months and asking to pay again, please be in my position and do the needful.
I request you, sir, to take the necessary action to get my old plan and cancel the new plan for my mobile (9940217994)
I also make a complaint in his register and the same attached to this mail.
