I Dr.Gopal Kumar sinha, used Airtel sim since 2005. In 2015, I turned My number into postpaid plan. But bcz of some reasons I want to change postpaid into prepaid. I personally contact Manish (manager head) Airtel store , which is situated in Harisabha chowk Muzaffarpur, again and again. I have done All the legal steps regarding to change my plan to prepaid. I also cleared all the reaming dues , but unfortunately they didn’t take any interest to change my plan. Everytime they are giving some excuses and they misconduct and misbehave to me. Please look into this matter . Thanks !
