Sir most humbly and respectfully I want to state you that at my house meter has to be change as it was not working well and electricity bill is coming high. There is only 2 bulb ,1 fan and 1 fridge then also 1038 rupees bill has come in this month. I am complaining for this since 1 year then also it was not change .
Sir I request you to please look at my statement. As soon as possible please send anyone to change it
