Hi ,
I am writing this complaint after so many attempts to resolve my issue with these two companies. But looks like they are just behind money rather than fixing people issue.
August 2022 I enrolled for a course software skill development from crio.do which was suppose to complete 2024. The amount of course was 2 lakh, for that they suggested to take loan from their partner eduvanz. Every month I was paying 11112 as loan amount. However, This January due to some urgent personal issue I had to take one more loan and due to that I am left with no money to take this course further. I tried to manage till march but looks like it was impossible for me to carry both the loans together. Hence, I requested crio.do to close my course, even I had already paid 1 lakh out of 2lakh. But still they didn’t listen to me and forced me to pay the amount irrespective of my mental situation. I told them I’m not even doing well not in good phase of mind to take any courses rather than fixing my current personal issue. Please, close this loan they didn’t listen to me. I waited for 2 months for them but no help. Now this month, When I could’t pay loan amount. A guy Rohit(7738057541) from Eduvanz has started harassing me on the name due loan amount. I have requested him I don’t have money and even I don’t want to continue this course. I have paid already 1lakh, So, kindly close this. But no help.
If I’m not interested to take course than why I’m forced to pay this amount which is not at all fair. I hope writing here will help me to get out from this situation which is really cruel for a person mental health. I’m not asking something which is not fair If I’m not willing to take further course than why I have been asking for money even when I have paid the amount more than course covered. Requesting you to give sincere attention on this and I am hopeful will get justice soon.
