Hi team I purchased the Pactro plus membership on 25 August. But I am not finding useful to it because I am not able to find the doctor as they promised. I have an issue I thought that by purchasing it I can get contact with Ayurvedic Doctor but there is not any Option. Last time when I contacted to customer support, they i will find that and they closed my ticket issue without informing me. So requested to cancel my membership and to get Full amount of refund. They denied the request. So Kindly help me to get Full amount of refund as soon as possible.
