I enrolled in a language class from Entri with an EMI plan of ₹15,000, where ₹2,500 is automatically debited for six months. However, since the classes did not meet my expectations, I requested a refund. Their response was that, because it is an EMI, there is no possibility of canceling the payI informed them the very next day about my desire to cancel the remaining EMI payments. They responded that there was no option to cancel the EMI. I then decided to switch to a PTE course, hoping for better coaching, but the situation remained the same. So I
decided to swap the course and that class is also I
have already paid three months’ EMI and have three more months left. I would like to know if there is any chance to stop the remaining payments.
