I had recently requested for new broadband connection from the airtel website.
And after 2 days I got a call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and I was happy to take the connection from airtel.
The next day I got a call from a person called From airtel he collected all the documents photos, PAN. Before submitting documents I had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up to 40mbps speed you will get.
So, I was happy I did online payment as advance for 3 months online as per his request.
After I did online payment prasad promised me of connection the next day, I waited for three days after that technician called and said the max speed I will get is 10 to 14 Mbps.
I called customer care a number of times and asked them to cancel the connection immediately. Every time they take all details but don’t raise any request.
I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get a refund of my payment.
