I have raised a complaint to block my second set up box connection on 02.04.2020 as this set up box is not working. I have paid monthly subsription for this & I requested to block this. Several times I called to customercare regarding this but no response. I have also received messege that this was resolved within some days from customercare but till date nothing was solved. Again sms sent from customercare for payment of monthly subsription. Sorry to say but this is very ridiculous. Inspite of solving the matter they are still sending sms for payment
