I tried to book a ticket from Peralam to chennaibon 07/07/2023 in TNSTC website, l confirmed the journey details and proceeded to pay the amount. I received the payment link from TNSTC website. I paid amount of 345 through cred app. amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket did not booked in TNSTC website. I request to refund my amount. I attached the screenshot of bank statement

Yesterday 29.09.2023. I Booked ultra delux bus dindigul to Chennai bus ,money debited in my bank account ,bus booked confirmation message not receive.there was a server problem ,I abort the process the money not refund in my account Ref no:327284409290
