Text of Complaint by Raghavendran son of Dhandapani:

TNEB consumer no.09286017160 My current reading as of today is 16054 As per meter) and previous billed reading is 15825. Actual unit consumed 229 unit but as per current bill reading wrongly it is mentioned as 17527. Wrongly showing consumption 1702 unit why should i need to pay bill for wrong amount of Rs. 14932/- instead of Rs. 371/-
why should i need to pay bill for wrong amount ?

who is liable for this. For your reference i have attached my previous reading Eb card from TNEB portal and attached current meter readings too.

I got lot of stress and pain due to this problem.
