On 15th of Aug I booked an air TKT thru Travolook but after debit amount Rs 7004.00 I got a notification fm Travolook that due to some operation issue TKT got cancelled. I called their CS and also lodge complaint to their official email id and they had given time of 7- 10 working days for its refund . It becomes more than 35 working Says but till date I have not rec’d refund. Whenever calling their trained representative is saying they have already initiated an d expect the payment by next 7_10 working days. My question is that how could this can going on even after getting numerous complaint from several people. I do not understand the use of making complaint,whether any action been taken.
