I deposited ₹100 to Tiranga App on 24 July 2025 at 6:38 PM via FamPay UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my account.

I submitted the screenshot, UTR, and all proof using the app’s “Submit Receipt” option. But the app keeps rejecting my request saying “Payment not received.”
Even after sending multiple complaints with proof, Tiranga Support is not responding properly and is rejecting my requests without verifying.
This looks like intentional fraud. I request Consumer Complaint authority to investigate and take appropriate action.
