I have ordered the tablet – Tipad V7 Tab for Rs.3599/- on 7th July 2020. The money got deducted from my account on, 07.07.2020 through PAY*PAYU MONEY GURGAON Rs.3599.28
Payment I’d: 10656517159
But I did not received the product. I am trying to cancel the order and get the money back. Their portal is not giving an option. I tried calling the customer care service, they are asking installs one app. Which is again asking all the card details and it is reading the screen, means he can see what I’m doing when I tried to download the app which he was telling.
Kindly looking into this and do the needful.
