I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within one day. I paid ₹399 for an offer that guaranteed delivery within 24 hours, but it wasn’t delivered. I also filed a complaint about this on January 15, 2026, at 3 PM. Even after that, the problem wasn’t resolved, and I even called the delivery person, but they didn’t deliver the package. Please tell me what I should do.
