Hey I am riyanshi gupta …my timble I’d is 2098636..I pay timbl amt for whole year on 5 April 2024 of rupees 5649. And get the installation on next day but on 7 may I suffered internet issue and not able to use internet services for 2 hours I think it was first and last time but I was wrong … subsequently I suffered interrupted internet services very frequently once in a every 2 days for abt 2-3 hours sometimes for 1.5 days…when I request for disconnection they themself closed my complaint. after many trials of complaint I get a call from their team making me believe that there will be no more hurdles in service so I agree… But it was just a sham ..about 5 days ago I again file a complaint of disconnection and received call 3 days ago and they are saying if u want to discontinue then I will proceed your complaint but u will not get any refund..and it’s 26 may 2024 I am unable to use wifi service since morning….I am ca aspirant. I booked their plan because of my online studies but due to their careless behaviour my studies suffered a lot… And I am unable to raised a complaint on their website also
It’s my humble request to our court kindly make my money refundable because I can’t bear such a grt loss….I will be highly obliged if u make money refundable..
