I took connection of Timbl internet on 05/12/2020 valid till 04/12/2021 at my residence place kapashera new Delhi for my kids studies as all studies were online due to pandemic. Paid them in advance for 12 months Rupees 5649.84/- with security money deposit 750/- rupees and installation charges 1500/- Rupees including for some extra cable.
everything was working perfectly till 07/06/2021 suddenly my internet services stop working so i raised a complaint and talked to customer care they said it will take 3-4 days to rectify the issue so i waited. after 4 days again i inquired with Timbl customer care again they said its going to take 1 week more as there is some major technical issues it will be resolved very soon and your services will resume. and from that day onward till now nothing has been done i even visited twice to their head office and requested if you guys can not provide services kindly refund my money. but their head office staff stop responding as well i don’t know what to do i feel cheated and just because of their poor services my kids studies suffered.
please help me out and take strict action against such cheats. i am attaching image of my timbl plan bill and image of the day when i raised a complaint ticket.
I have given security refund application since last 5 months, which is not resolved yet, when I call and ignore it by giving 3 days time, it has been five months by doing so, please get my refund done.
