I already paid the amount and because I needed money for my tuition I applied once again. Up the time that I will be paying my due, the system is error and they gave me code thru text message. Sadly, they gave me DEFERMENT CODE not a REFERENCE CODE for the payment indeed. They called me many times and still gave me deferment code and my account was not closed. I almost paid greater than the amount that I borrowed and now they are spreading my name that I am a THIEF.
