I received the item 3rd December,2018. After receiving the item I complained to the amazon customer care that I had received a item which have a damaged product(near microphone). So I return the item through DTDC courier, but after delivered the item to the Amazon Seller Services Private Limited not inform that they received wrong item. Today when I asked for the refund status, customer care told me that they received a wrong item. Now I need know what’s the wrong item? I attached all the details , please check this and tell me when I get my refund? I already complained more than one times that I received a damaged product. But now amazon not giving me good service.
So, please look about this matter. You can see all the courier details. In that time I’m not click any photo of defective product because Amazon never did any this kind of behaviour.
