Hi, my tikona wifi internet subscription plan expired on 25 July 2022. I wanted to change internet service provider due to poor performance of Tikona wifi internet so I stopped using tikona wifi internet on 24 July 2022 and also submitted request on My Tikona app to close my wifi internet connection.
But, after 3 months they asked me to pay amount to close my wifi internet connection.
They called me and sent me mails regarding legal actions.
Why should I pay any amount if I have not used wifi internet service after my subscription plan expired ?
