Respected sir,
I have stopped using Tikona Broadband services in the year 2021, though I have paid full charges . I received no refund. I have not used the service from Tikona Broad band since last year. I have mail confirming from Tikona about this. Yet now they are harassing me for renewal of the service.
My service account is no longer active yet, hey are asking me to pay.
this is a fraud and I want to register compliant against the company for harassment.
