Text of Complaint by Swarup:

I have been asking tikona to disonnect my internet from past 9 months but they are not disconnecting internet and keeps on charging me money. They are telling lies that once I pay them 3 months internet bill they will disconnect but they are not doing that. They are cheating their customers. I am hopeless what to do now. I have also booked consumer complaint but till now, no action is taken. If this happens I have to move to consumer court. I have all their call recordings and disconnection mail requests as well.
