Text of Complaint by Pankaj Raut:

I was Tikona user for 5 year from 2017 till Jan 2022 and paid on regular basis. On 3rd February 2022, I had surrendered connection 1121137729 but they still raised a bill of Rs.3,420.84 on 13th April 2022 and asking for payment. They are even asking for Rs.1,500/- towards Modem but I have never denied to take back the Modem. Somebody should turn-up to collect it. Instead they are harassing through calls and legal notice.
