I have raised for disconnection of Internet services on 5th March. Post which there was no response and due to lockdown i was not available at residence for almost 50 days.I sent emails for disconnection for which they never respond. Now they have sent me some legal email claim to proceed if the amount of RS 983 which was not used.
i had already paids to whole amount at start for plan of 6 months , but it says auto renewal to activate pay that amount
