I purchased Tikona broadband connection due to work from home. I paid 6 months pack as per plan. In plan router also includes Tikona didn’t provide the router. Since last 4 days. Internet is not working trying to reach on customer care number. Number not available. 18603000343. Drop email to customer care compaint. No revert from Tikona. unbelievably bad customer service. Can’t ever reach a customer care executive, your app is useless (super slow) and your connection is so bad I had to drop out of work meetings multiple times! You have automated responses and bots everywhere, I’m fed up now. Tikona didn’t respond on email and call. Very pathetic service. I paid 4232 take connection internet is completely down. Pls help me on this.
