Text of Complaint by Amarja Hirphode:

a. I did not use any data through my account number 137582739 from Aug’22 and b. Did pay entire bill amount from July 26 to Sept 26 and c. Most importantly sent a formal email request on Sept 6 (which is within the time period for which I had paid the bill) followed by multiple follow-up emails and communications with Tikona representative through WhatsApp as well as Customer Care, they did not deactivate my account and kept on sending me bills, sms and threatening calls from supposedly their lawyers threating about due payment and in a very derogatory manner. It is causing mental distress, harassment and agony. I have several times mentioned to them that I am no more interested in using their services. Tikona is certainly one of the worst service providers and a strong action against them is solicited including a written apology and pro-rata refund of my payment from Sept 6 (i.e. from the date of my formal email to Tikona).
