I had ordered some apparel items which costed me around 3100. Since the apparel items were of cheap material and not fitting me , I returned the items the very next day. I was informed that a voucher will be generated and I can purchase anything against the voucher. The email regarding the voucher is pasted below. However, Tijori hadn’t applied the vouchers to my new purchases , instead sent me a courier with Cash on delivery. They are not ready to refund or receive my calls. The only option left for me is to drag them to consumer court as I don’t want that innocent people will be duped.
