Tickets not modified by Paytm and misguided till last moment

Text of Complaint by Akash Kumar Dwivedi:

. I booked my air ticket via Paytm on Indigo airline which was supposed to depart at 18:20 hrs on 14th Jan 2022 ( Delhi to Bangalore ; PNR HWGBRD. However, the passanger was tested positive for COVID on 12th Jan. We had requested to reschedule the ticket to next Friday on 21Jan 2022 on a call with customer care executive explaining the situation ( complain number-22058212860 )and were told to consult the airline. The airline requested us to get in touch with Paytm for rescheduling as the booking was done under Armed Forces post which we again contacted Paytm. All the executives of Paytm kept assuring us till 17:00 hrs that it will be rescheduled and the complain is being looked at priority ( complain no 22058212860 22058265061 and 22058316115). We were completely misguided by all the customer care executives and till now there is no resolution of our query.

I am sorry to say that the this is the most unprofessional behaviour I have encountered till date. I was misguided till last moment, wasted a lot of time amidst my important office work, mentally harassed and yet no resolution.

Request you to investigate into the matter and refund my ticket. You would find all the details in the complain ID. COVID report and ticket attached FYR.
