Vikram Jain writing here regarding a ticket booked from Mumbai to Udaipur through TRAVOLOOK on 15th Jan The amount was charged (3573/-) but the ticket got cancelled immediately for operational reasons
Having mailed for refund I received a response that the refund would be done within 10 working days but even after repeated emails no refund has been initiated as yet
