Hi Sir,
Greetings,

This is Seshu. I have reserved tickets for my family from L B Nagar, Hyderabad to Guntur On 11th May at 21:35. Cause of the ANDHRA PRADESH Elections on May 13th the rates were too high on that day.

From my home place KPHB to LB Nagar 28-30 KM.
Bus departure time is 9:30 PM. As Google Maps suggested it should take 1 hour to reach LB Nagar from kphb colony to us. Due to heavy traffic, we started early at 6:30 PM.

But all of sudden they cancelled our tickets before 2 hours of departure. They said that there was an issue with the brake down and we are cancelling the tickets.

And we have requested customer support to arrange an alternate for us. They said that we don’t have that type of option and we refund your amount to the original payment method within 2-7 working days.

Will the abhibuss accept and confirm the ticket if I pay the ticket fair in 2-7 working days?

Loses that I got. Cause of this ticket cancellation:
1. This was my first booking on the Abhi bus.
The first booking is gone, coupons are also gone.

2. Cause of first booking loss. Will not be eligible for first booking offers & coupons.

3. And I used coupons to get the offer on tickets.
Coupons are also gone.

4. Lack of money Again I borrowed money from another person and booked my tickets.

5. When I argued with Abhi Bus customer service they said I would receive the refund amount as soon as possible. But now the time was 1 AM on 12th May. CAUSE OF THESE WORDS I LOST HOPE ON THIS TRAVEL BUS.

6. For this travel, it charged ₹3456 rupees to 3 members. Will mention those ticket details below.
Cause of this cancellation has booked the tickets with another traveller and charged ₹4700.
Extra charges are ₹1244

7. Had used 2 coupons for those ticket booking
Cause of first booking got offer worth ₹500+₹500.
This booking was cancelled and coupons also did not work again when I booked tickets after this cancellation
