I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore for 6665 from Travolook on 27th December. A few hours later I got an email that the booking is canceled due to a technical error and that the refund for the amount 6665 is initiated. I was told to wait 7-10 days but no refund came even 15 days later.
Their support center never takes calls and the Facebook team just tells me to wait for an update. Attached are screenshots as evidence.
