Hi,
I had book one flight from VARAFI.COM from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 23rd January 2023 and my travel date was 26th Jan 2023. But after paying online I didn’t received my ticket so I contacted VARAFI customer care they told me due to some reason your ticket is aborted fron their side so you will get your rfund in next 5-6 days. so after this I again tried to book the another ticket from VARAFI but again the same thing happened my money git deducted but I didn’t receive any ticket.And then I received mail from. Varafi saying your ticket is aborted and auto refund is generated.After that its been almost more than 2 months now I have Been taking follow up daily but team is not giving me any proper deatils.they alwayd days that yoh will get your refund in 4-5 days.This is a horrible experience with VARAFI. As this thing never happened to me. I always get my refund in 5-6 days ftom other flight booking sites in case if any cancellation or something.But this VARAFI company is not even refunding after 2months.so I genuinely request you to look into this and help me to get my refund
