I have booked a ticket through happy fares for the Shirdi trip. I booked ticket from shirdi to Bangalore for 12th. They gave a PNR number and date. When checked with that airline they said the flight already taken off on 11th June, but as per happy fares they mailed and confirmed me it was on 12th only. Now I called and said that your executive confused me, they are saying we can’t help at this point of time and transferred call to their senior..he checked with his associates and told not possible, then I said all the details to him and disconnected the call while i was talking. When again i called to happy fares they are saying your voice not audible but I can hear their voices clearly. This shows they are ignoring my calls and even disconnecting my calls. They have to refund my ticket costs. This is not the way a customer should be treated.
Pathetic service by happy fares.
