I booked a ticket through travelook and it was cancelled by them and was informed i will get the refund within 10 days but I never received the amount. I have sent email and also call them but they are not helping and asking to wait for more days. Checked the reviews and got to know that they does this with every customer and the company is fraud. Pleas help me get my money back
