I booked flight on 16-01-2023 from Delhi to Bhubaneswar. On 16-01-2023 i received call from Varafi.com representative that your flight got cancelled due to that your ticket got aborted. And same mail forwarded to me. But still I didn’t received refund, but in real the flight was not cancelled, this is clear fraud. So many times I called on customer care number and mailed them also, but still they didn’t refund money. Please raised complaint on these people so no one will suffer more.
